I gave it a try once, but i was disappointed 😕 Nothing really stood out or made me feel like I’d want to come back and order again.

The claims in the ad felt misleading. What I got didn’t match what was promised at all, and it ended up messing up the plans I had around this order. Really frustrating

The order turned out fine in the end, but dealing with customer service was frustrating. I messaged them and then waited days without any real update. When they finally got back to me, the reply was short and didn’t really help much. On top of that, I kept getting these pushy reminder messages, which felt a bit aggressive considering they weren’t even responding properly. Not the worst experience ever, but it definitely made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

I reached out to customer service and, it just wasn’t a great experience. The responses felt short and didn’t actually answer what I was asking. I had to explain myself more than once, and even then I still didn’t get a clear solution. I know what decent support looks like, and this wasn’t it. Frustrating and definitely not what I expected

I was in a bit of a rush while ordering, and I wish the pricing had been clearer before checkout. It wasn’t always obvious what I’d be paying until the end.

my order from crafuel.com showed up sooner than i expected. tracking updated without any issues, but the packaging could’ve been a little neater. still, overall it was a good experience.

It’s not completely useless, and I can still get some use out of it, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again if I needed something that was going to hold up for the long run

I tried getting Crafuel set up it was more frustrating than I expected. The steps weren’t super clear, and I kept getting stuck in places that felt like they should’ve been simple. I almost gave up, but after messing with it for a while, I finally got it working. Not a great first impression, but I guess it does the job once it’s set up.

I used crafuel.com to keep an eye on a package that was taking longer than I expected. The tracking page was simple enough to use, and it showed the same kind of updates I was seeing from the courier, maybe even a little quicker here and there.

Most of the scans lined up well, like when it left that depot and when it finally got to my city. There was one update that showed up late though, so that had me wondering what was going on for a bit.

Overall, for just checking where my parcel was, it did what I needed. It was not perfect or anything, but it was accurate enough, so I would give it 4 stars.

Checkout was smooth overall. The pages loaded quickly and my payment went through without any drama, which I definitely appreciated because I’m kind of tired of every online order turning into a whole thing. The only small hiccup was that it took me a minute to spot where to enter the discount code, but once I found it, everything was fine

It was fine. Not terrible. Just not amazing either. Quality felt okay. Average overall.
